Rodrigo Chavez
Program Financial Analyst
Rodrigo Chavez is a program financial analyst with the Economic Law and Policy Team.
Rodrigo specializes in project accounting management, contract review, project budgeting, and accounting life-cycle management.
Before joining IISD, Rodrigo held positions as a project accountant and most recently was a financial controller where he oversaw daily financial operations and conducted full cycle accounting processes. He previously worked for Sirati and Partners Ltd, Quadrangle, Jacobs Contract, and Kasian Architecture.
Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and a post-graduate diploma in finance, both from Universidad Tecnológica de Mexico (Technological University of Mexico).
Rodrigo is based out of Toronto and speaks English and Spanish.
